Getin.pro will continue in effect until User validly terminates the Services. User can close an account at any time and it will be no longer available on Getin.pro web site.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Getin.pro may terminate your account and delete any content contained in it if there is no account activity (such as a log in event or payment) for over twelve (12) months. However, we will attempt to warn you by email before terminating your account to provide you with an opportunity to log in to your account so that it remains active.

We may identify you (by name and logo) as a Getin.pro customer on our website and on other promotional materials. Any goodwill arising from the use of your name and logo will inure to your benefit.
